WorldEdit bugging out on Creative.

I am starting to see an issue with WorldEdit. Every time when I try to make a region, it won't do anything. Even if I use //wand to get the Wooden Axe. I can't really tell if it just the creative server lagging out or if it is actually the WorldEdit plugin itself bugging out. Can someone check this out for me please?

I've been doing a ton of World Edit Work the past 2 days and have had no problems at all with the pluggins.  Things were working better than they ever had actually.  It was my first time using World Edit since the server was transferred to a new system, and its working out fantastically.

What is the command or "Edit" you are trying to make?

world edit was working normal. nothing is out of the norm.
server load was 4% at the time with 4 out of 16 gigs used.

What do you mean by "try to make a region?" Do you get the message "Position 1 (x,y,z) (etc..)" when you click blocks with the axe?
