So there's no where to ask for elite builder, but then again I am nearly the only person who comes on. I am asking here to be ranked up to elitebuilder so that I may be able to obtain advbuilder - which is my ultimate goal.
Elitebuilder is only a rank cap for me and does not give any useful commands toward building, but once I do gain elitebuilder rank I can build mroe and gain advbuilder. If it was my choice I would ask in-game, but I have not seen any ops on for over 5months.

Here's the location for elite builder applications. The requirements are listed on the top of the page. Looking at the previously granted on the page often helps to see what others built to either gain or not gain elite. Good luck. =)
