Its not really a "hacked" client. It just lets you fly and move fast. Since you cant fly and move fast normally in the game people call this a "hack". But there is nothing malicious or illegal about it. It is perfectly fine to use it.

WOM sometimes has problems connecting to servers. You can use this alternative version called XWoM which works better for a lot of people: XWoM 1.9
