downtime yesterday

yesterday we had some issues with the forums. this was not us or me. this was securehosting/byethosting, something was up with the servers and they supposedly fixed it. Please notify me of any slowdowns/issues regarding loading times.

they are aware of the issue and still investigating the cause of it. they have put a patch on for it but if he have any slowdowns again. please notify me with a screen shot and what you where trying to do.

Only slow I experience is when people have masssssive gifs as their signature.

I asked the people to put them in a spoiler and they did.

Maybe it would be wise to remove the use of gif sigs

It would be bad if we have to remove something because a few people abuse the feature. I don't think its an issue at the moment and anyone who overloads their signature we can just give a verbal poke to ask them to change it.

i can put a delimiter on the signatures.
anyways news time:
the old hosting server was damaged or something they jumped us over to a shared server until they replace/repair the old one. we where also on a shared on there but it was with 10 other domains we are on a shared server with about 75 now.
