With the Main Map of IS1...

So is it just a copy of the current map that we modify.  I was thinking for the olympics we could do a new one.

Whichever people think is best.

On one hand, it's cool to take the existing map and turn it into a themed map. I thought the Christmas conversion done on the old main map was brilliant. It was recognisable as the main map we all knew well, but with a complete Christmas vibe.

On the other hand, the current main map doesn't have much space on it to get creative, so we'd be restricting what we could put on it. Olympics would probably need space so I reckon start off from a clean slate for that.

As for the 4th July, well, time is short, so maybe Americanising the existing map would be best. Unless people have other ideas of course.

Earth Hour is about powering off non-essential stuff for an hour as an environmental thing, isn't it?

Sounds easy. Just turn off the server for an hour.
